The innovative company OSO-AI, specialized in AI-based acoustic monitoring solutions, and VYV3 — the care and support offer of the VYV Group - a major mutual player in the health and medico-social sector, announce today the signing of a strategic commercial partnership, on the occasion of the Santexpo 2025 exhibition dedicated to health actors.
This collaboration aims to Accelerate the integration and large-scale deployment of the OSO-AI Enhanced Ear for Caregivers in VYV3's numerous medico-social institutions. This new partnership marks a key step in OSO-AI's deployment strategy and highlights VYV3's commitment to innovation and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of its residents. The aim is to rapidly extend access to this cutting-edge technology to a greater number of establishments in the group, thus allowing more people to benefit from it.
With an already successful experience with more than 500 rooms equipped with the solution, VYV3 shows its great satisfaction with the quality of service and the benefits provided to residents and caregivers.
The Augmented Ear of caregivers, thanks to its unique technology for analyzing the sound environment of living spaces, allows detect, in real time, events that may endanger the elderly or disabled, such as falls, calls for help, vomiting, screaming, respiratory distress... It therefore significantly improves the safety of fragile people in medico-social establishments (EHPADs, Specialized Reception Centers (MAS), Medical Homes (FAM)...), respect for their privacy, as well as the quality of life at work of the people who support them on a daily basis.

OSO-AI has developed a breakthrough technology: The Enhanced Ear for Caregivers, an AI-based acoustic monitoring solution that is revolutionizing the support of residents in medico-social institutions. Designed to speed up response times, strengthen the safety of residents (nursing homes, residential homes, structures for people with disabilities) and improve the quality of life at work for caregivers, this innovation places people at the heart of care. Founded in Brest in 2018 by four engineers, all with complementary and international experience in major groups in France and the United States, OSO-AI now employs more than 50 highly qualified people (AI engineers and developers, data scientists, data labellers, etc.). Multiple awards and awards, OSO-AI was named Start-up of the Year nationally by EY. OSO-AI raised a total of 14 million euros in funding, to support the hypergrowth of its sales in France and to focus on international markets (Japan and Northern Europe) since the end of 2024.
