The Artificial Intelligence we use to The Augmented Ear of caregivers requires training our algorithms on a lot of data. This is why at OSO-AI we have built a unique competence internally: The position of Data Labeler.
This position is based on the labelling of sound data by humans. The OSO-AI Data Labeler provides essential work: They listen to the sounds and annotate them by telling the machine what type of noise is detected.
To meet the growing needs of our technology, the staff of the Data Labeler team has increased by 4 in one year. Thus, 5 people made up this team in January 2023, then 15 in June 2023 to finally reach the peak of 19 people in December 2023!
Thanks to the teams at the Pôle Emploi Brest for their support in strengthening our teams. Throughout the year, we had the opportunity to conduct workshops for job seekers to present our company and this unique job as a Data Labeler.
